Excellent review of knowledge and application of learning in commenting on your own LMS experience. As for your comments on user-interfaces (UI) and useability, I completely agree that too often system designers do not work closely enough with the end-user. I've seen them get very excited about a feature that might even look good, but is impractical in actual usage. Ack.
